  • Delicious food! You can grab a bite and shop meats, cheeses and goodies! The hot picken chicken sandwich was amazing, loved the pickle relish and the chicken was moist and crispy! Hubby said the sausage cheese steak was awesome and he like his side of macaroni salad, we got some to take home. Great variety of menu options at decent prices.

  • You order at the counter at Amos's Place and you pick up your food when they buzz you to come to the pickup area. It sort of has that fast food feel to it. The seating area was clean and so were the tables. It has lots of natural sunlight. I enjoyed my 2 piece broasted chicken dinner with boasted potato wedges. The restaurant is located a quarter of a block off of the main street. It wasn't very hard to find it. They also served breakfast which is very good! I would go here more often if it were not 20 miles, one way from my home. :)

  • Been to Lancaster County many times, we’ve even been across the street to the village, first time checking out Amos and the bakery next door. Our family a group of 8 and we all enjoyed our food. We had their fried chicken, french fries and cheese burgers and everything was very good. Definitely a must when we are town from now on.

  • This is a great place for a quick stop, don’t intend on dining in for long as it is in tourist central of Lancaster. The menu is reasonable, and the prices are OK. The reason I gave you a four star is because every time I’ve come here the line to wait from order time to receiving. It is a bit excessive. Also included in the four star rating is the amount of parking. The parking lot is definitely small as it shares the parking lot with a post office and the coffee shop in the front. The atmosphere feels like a country store and a modern day cafe, which is nice. Also I highly recommend getting a cup of coffee here as they source their coffee from local shops.

  • Great atmosphere, lots of options. I had a veggie omelette with a side of the smokiest bacon I've ever had. Good smokey! My husband had the scrambler with wheat toast. Nice portion sizes, neither of us could finish but we put a nice dent it in. We didn't have a chance to go into the meat market but saw lots of shoppers stocking up for the weekend.

  • Made a quick stop in for lunch. Ordered a cheesesteak and a turkey hoagie. Both were delicious and well prepared. It was a bit crowded when we went and they were doing some remodeling so not many places to sit, luckily the weather was good so we sat outside. I would definitely return to try some of their other options.
